Hi, I’m Aaron Bates! I was raised by an entrepreneur and started working for my Dad when I was 11. He taught me about work ethic and high standards, and I always knew I’d go on to own my own business too. Working in residential construction for years, I learned how to build just about anything, but really loved to be on a lawn mower. My wife and I invested in a Toro Titan mower in 2017, I started taking side jobs on nights and weekends, and so began One Way Solutions LLC. The landscaping business turned into a full time job by 2021, and we had three full crews working full time by 2024. We now have four children who we have the privilege to homeschool, and we thank God for the opportunity to be part of this great community, making it a little more beautiful everyday and creating jobs for good, hard-working people.
